We are in the process of adding a shopping cart feature to our website. If the item you wish to purchase does not have an "add to cart" button, you may use this form or request the item in the "comment" form on the shopping cart. Sorry for the confusion during our transition. We expect to have all items set up with the shopping cart within a week.

You may print out the form below with credit card information and fax it to us at 607-478-8564 or submit the form with all your order details except the credit card number, then phone or fax that to us. If you are a repeat customer within the past year we can use your credit information from our files.

To order with your credit card you may call us and talk to a real person toll free from the US or Canada at 1-800-488-6347.

Our regular hours are weekdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM EST Feel free to call any time. We frequently are here longer hours and when we are not, the answering machine can take your message.

Shipping Options USA, Prices are for 1 lb. boxes or smaller. Books or large orders will cost more.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's ect we recommend US Post Office options. 
Shipping to foreign addresses. Prices vary to different countries. Foreign orders are subject to approval by management. Please read our security statement
Post Office is less expensive, usually takes longer and is difficult to trace if there is a problem.
Federal Express is fast and reliable but costs more.
Customs, Duties and Local Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For security reasons Walker Metalsmiths reserves the right to insist on the following conditions on large expense orders, especially diamonds and other precious stones or platinum.  Please do not take offense at these policies.  These are in reaction to increased use of stolen or fraudulent credit cards and checks.

 For credit card orders the shipment address must match the billing address that the credit card statement is mailed to. We can and do check this detail.

 Orders paid by personal checks will be held 15 working days, to give the check time to clear the bank. If you are in a hurry please send a money order or a cashier’s check.

 Orders valued over $500 will be shipped by United States Post Office Registered Mail.

 We reserve the right to decline shipment of orders outside the United States and US possessions.

 Most stone set rings and all platinum rings are made to order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks when ordering these rings. If the order is paid by credit card Walker Metalsmiths will charge 50% of the total when the order is placed and the remainder when the items are shipped.
