Exchanges for correct ring size are made in most cases at no charge for the first exchange if returned within 90 days of purchase. Send the ring back to Walker Metalsmiths and we will adjust the size or exchange the ring for another size and send it back to you by standard US Post Office. Items may be returned for refunds within 30 days of purchase except for custom orders that may have a restocking charge..
You pay the cost of returning the ring to us and we pay the cost of returning it to you, unless you want Express shipment in which case please enclose payment.
Gold rings that move to a different price bracket because of new size may involve a new charge or a refund depending on the size.
You are welcome to contact us before you return or exchange an item but you do not need to contact us before hand to make a return or exchange. Please follow the following simple procedure:
1. Package the item in a box or padded envelope and return it to Walker Metalsmiths, 1 Main Street, Andover NY 14806 by Post Office, UPS, Federal Express or any other reliable carrier.
2. Enclose a copy of the invoice or a note with the invoice number saying what you are returning and what you want us to send you along with the address we should send it to. If the item was a gift and you do not have the invoice please tell us who gave it to you. This helps a lot with our internal record keeping. Please enclose this note even if you have also called and talked to someone or have e-mailed your instructions.
3. Insure the package for its full value.
Most exchanges are handled within 48 hours.
Refunds on purchases made on credit cards must be made as credit charged back to the same account. We cannot refund by check or money order unless that is the way the purchase was originally paid.
